The Asia Pacific Research Network, through its project with the European Commission, encouraged participants from the Regional Training of Trainers on People’s Research (RTOT) last February 2023 to accomplish the research designs they developed during the said training. Having completed their people’s research, APRN compiled the research outputs into a compendium for publication and distribution. This first part of the RTOT book discusses the issues faced by organizations and communities across the Asia Pacific region; showcases the meaningful experience and success of subregional participants in their undertaking of People’s Research; highlights the people’s resistance against the different social problems faced by marginalized sectors; and contributes to the policy advocacy and campaigns of people’s movements through people’s research.”
APRN is working everyday to advance genuine development and social change. But we can’t do it without you.
You can help us in amplifying the campaigns and advocacies of workers, farmers, migrants, indigenous peoples, women and children in Asia-Pacific
